Now simply use to draw your own replacement flag or use an open-source image and use to resize and reformat the image. Now open the k_scotland image (I use ), and you will notice a few important things: all images are sized at 128 x 128 (for best results maker sure that whatever image you choose to use has this canvas size), and that all the images are in.
All the flags are stored in gfx/flags folder and you will need to find which flag you would like to replace. Changing the flag for Kingdoms, Duchies, or Counties are actually quite easy.
